Fair 16th March – fabulous

The first fair of the year arrived, the “beast” was actually running :-) so took front of house at the Woodville, well as near to the front as allowed due to weight restrictions ( I knew I shouldn’t have eaten so much cake !)
Apologies for the rather old photo – no time on the day – headless chicken springs to mind ! We now have a roof & just as well considering the weather !

Yes the weather – it was awful :-( but this didn’t stop a bumper turn out of vintage loving guests attending the fair – and so for the first time we opened the doors 10 minutes early !!! This is unheard of !

My handsome doorman & long suffering love of my life :-) was faced with a never ending queue – sorry if you had to wait :-( !

Also required to spot the best dressed – and there were sooo many of you, thank you for such an amazing effort, we hope you enjoy your gifts.

The Three Belles had arrived – looking as fabulous as ever – do they never sleep ?

Forty stalls of vintage treasure for your pleasure – well actually 37 on the day we had a birth of kittens – ahhhhh, a dog with a dislocated knee and two sickness  (less said the better !) that prevented three of our popular traders from attending – although you couldn’t tell, everyone did a marvellous job of filling the gaps – thank you :-)

Dotty’s Delights once again delighted with fantastic cakes and lashings of tea, with a new arrival expected in June – is there a doctor in the house !

For the first time we welcomed the very talented Sara Norling and her pop up photo booth to the fair,

no charge on the day & the photos will be uploaded within the next couple of days – great fun was had by all – if you missed this you really did miss out ! :-(

The lovely Anna – who is now blonde ( so all my photos need replacing) and looking fabulous was rushed off her feet teasing our hair & making us over.

We had a fabulous selection of traders – sorry I know we need more menswear, but the lovely June ( who calls herself “the vintage idiot” but I can never bring myself to call her that !) has promised to bring lots more in June :-)

A great selection of homewares, including Wild Plum Retro Picnics & The Dolly Sisters.

More organisation required next time, best dressed will receive their gifts on the day – it may be you …..

…..two of the best dressed :-)

shall we do it all again on the 8th June at the Woodville ?

YES LET’S !

Swingtime Sweethearts, Annie & Le’arna return by popular request

MISS IT, MISS OUT !
